Founded in 2016 as the USG, the Balance & Flow Invitational (BFI) is a true submission-only event with one goal in mind: putting cash back into the competitors’ pockets. With no points, no overtime rounds and no referee decisions - BFI provides cash incentives for competitors to sub their opponents in under certain time limits to keep the excitement going.
